1. Honesty is the Best Nutritional Policy

You’ll really benefit from the Feel Lighter nutritional planner if you’re honest about what you’re eating. Food has a big emotional effect on humans; that’s why we can all feel guilty after eating unhealthy foods and try to make our diets appear healthier than they actually are. It’s also easy at times to forget exactly just what we’ve eaten during the day especially when we’re busy. With a consistent meal plan you know what ingredients are going into your body so you can fill those into your nutritional planner and keep a track of your eating habits. Meal planning can also make it easier to lose weight by organising a calorie deficit while still meeting your nutrient needs. Planning your meals even saves you time not having to think about what to cook!

5. Remind Yourself to Feel Lighter
