That’s why we are now introducing a brand-new nutrition programme, Feel Lighter for no added cost to our members.

Feel Lighter is designed for healthy, sustainable, and long-term weight loss. Free to Feel Electric members our new nutritional service will deliver quicker results with personalised nutrition planning and tracking as well as 1-2-1 guidance from our expert trainers. With Feel Lighter you’ll work on your body while also working on what goes into your body. You’ll benefit from regular meetings with our trainers to create healthy and delicious eating plans that promote safe and effective weight loss results. With our expert guidance you will work towards healthier eating patterns and behaviour. We are offering all of our members an extended 60-minute session to kick off Feel Lighter so you can make the most of our new free nutritional programme.

The Feel Lighter Nutritional Planner

We’ve made it simple to start your new nutrition programme Feel Lighter. Just head to your online members’ account on Feel-Electric.com and select Nutrition from the menu. There you will see your Feel Lighter Nutritional Planner where you can begin by putting your weight loss aims and goals into the profile section. Once you’ve finished doing that, you can begin to input the food and drink you ate during the day. Our nutritional planner is divided up into sections: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Drinks, Alcohol and Water for you to calculate the calories you’ve taken into your body. Don’t forget to fill in the Exercise section too to estimate your daily activity as this can impact your calorie allowance while trying to lose weight.

Tracking Your Progress

When you’re trying to lose weight, it can be very motivating to track your progress. Our Feel Lighter programme makes that easy. Right through each week that you complete your food diary, you’ll be able to see the breakdown of all the food and drink you’ve ingested in the ‘Progress’ section. At a glance you can see the macronutrients that you’ve taken in as well as the calories by meal. You can choose to view this by day, week or by month so you can review your food intake in as much detail as you like. At the top of the ‘Progress’ section you can see your individual nutrition targets broken down and how much of each nutrient you should be eating. Keeping track of your progress during your weight loss journey is a lot easier with Feel Lighter.

Reviewing Your Nutrition Journey

A key component of our Feel Lighter nutrition service is regular 1-2-1 meetings with Feel Electric personal trainers. Your first Feel Lighter session will be an extended 60-minute session where our advisers explain the basics of our nutritional programme and how you can make the most of its weight loss benefits. Every 4 weeks after that you will sit down again with a Feel Electric PT to review your progress and get personalised nutritional guidance to accelerate healthy weight loss.
