  • 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Low-Fat Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve warm with a drizzle of honey or fresh fruit.
