FL- Scrambled Egg and Veggie Wrap

  • 1 Wholewheat Tortilla
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become tender.
  4. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until wilted.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and gently scramble them with the vegetables until cooked through.
