FL- Overnight Chia Pudding

  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Handful Sliced Fruit, Nuts, Coconut Flakes
  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened.
  4. Stir well before serving.
  5. Top with sliced fresh fruits, nuts, and coconut flakes.
  6. Enjoy chilled.
