  • 1 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup Hummus
  • 1/4 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Feta cheese, crumbled
  1. Spread hummus evenly over the whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Layer shredded lettuce, sliced bell peppers, sliced cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly, cut in half, and serve.
