  • 1 cup Rice, cooked
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Honey or maple syrup
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey/maple syrup (if using).
  5. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the sauce into the cleared space.
  6. Add the cooked brown rice to the skillet and mix everything together until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
