  • 4 oz (113g) Turkey breast
  • 1 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup Hummus
  • 1/4 cup Mixed salad greens
  • 2 slices Tomatoe
  • 2 slices Cucumber
  1. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer turkey slices, mixed salad greens, tomato slices, and cucumber slices on top.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the ingredients as you go.
  5. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
