  • 1/4 cup Baby spinach leaves

  1. Spread Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard evenly over the whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Layer sliced turkey breast, avocado slices, and baby spinach leaves.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly, cut in half, and serve.
