  • 2 Bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 can (5 oz) Tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup Black olives
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix quinoa, tuna, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Stuff bell peppers with the quinoa mixture.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
