FL - Tofu and Veggie Scramble

  • 1/2 Cup Firm Tofu, Crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Peppers, Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Zucchini, Diced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced bell peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add crumbled tofu to the pan and sprinkle with turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for a few more minutes until the tofu is heated through.
  5. Serve hot.
