- 1/4 Cup Bell Peppers, Diced
- 1/4 Cup Tomatoes, Diced
- 1/4 Cup Zucchini, Diced
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
