  • 4 oz (113g) Firm Tofu, Cubed
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Bell Peppers)
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, Grated
  1. In a bowl, marinate the tofu cubes with teriyaki sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated tofu and cook until it becomes golden and slightly crispy.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the cooked brown rice and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve the teriyaki tofu stir-fry hot and enjoy!
