  • 150g Shrimp
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup Sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoison sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  1. In a pan, sauté shrimp and garlic in sesame oil until shrimp are pink.
  2. Add broccoli, snow peas, and bell peppers. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Mix in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, toss until well coated.
