  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Cup Mixed Salad Greens
  • 1/4 Cup Cucumber,Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
  1. In a bowl, combine cooked shrimp, diced avocado, mixed salad greens, sliced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper.
