  • 2 oz (57g) Whole wheat pasta
  • 4 oz (113g) Chicken breast,
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Pesto sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until heated through.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and blanched broccoli in the pan.
  5. Stir in the pesto sauce and cook for a few minutes to heat everything together.
  6. Serve the pesto pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
