  • 1/2 cup Cooked lentils
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Snap peas
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  1. In a pan, stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas in sesame oil.
  2. Add cooked lentils and ginger, stir well.
  3. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and continue to stir until heated through.
