  • 150g Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 cup Sweet potato, diced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Hummus
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 Lemon wedge
  1. Grill the chicken breast until cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, assemble quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, and steamed broccoli.
  3. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, and add a dollop of hummus.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
