  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt (Unsweetened)
  • 1/2 Cup Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
  • 1/2 Cup Granola (low sugar)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
  1. In a glass or bowl, start with a layer of Greek yogurt.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
