  • 4 oz (113g) Grilled chicken breast
  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Grill until cooked through. Let it cool, then slice it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken.
