  • 4 oz Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Mixed stir fry vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup Brown rice, cooked
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken slices to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the stir-fry vegetables to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in cooked brown rice and soy sauce, and cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
