  • 150g Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup Snap peas
  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup Brown rice
  1. In a wok or pan, stir-fry chicken in sesame oil until browned.
  2. Add broccoli, snap peas, carrots, and ginger. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve over cooked brown rice.
