  • 1 Whole wheat tortilla wrap
  • 2 Eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp Avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • tbsp Salsa
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Add the scrambled eggs to the skillet and cook until fully cooked and fluffy.
  3. Season the eggs with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cumin for extra flavor.
  4. Warm the tortilla or wrap in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. Place the scrambled eggs, black beans, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, and shredded cheddar cheese in the center of the tortilla.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
  7. Cut the burrito in half (if desired) and serve with salsa or hot sauce on the side.
