  • 4 oz (113g) Beef sirloin
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Brown rice, cooked
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and minced garlic. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir in the cooked brown rice and soy sauce.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the beef stir-fry hot and enjoy
