FL- Asian Tofu Stir-Fry

  • 4 Oz Tofu, Cubed
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, Grated
  1. In a non-stick pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add cubed tofu and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in low-sodium soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
  6. Serve hot.
