  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Apple, grated or diced
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts or almonds
  1. In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Stir well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Add the grated or diced apple and chopped nuts to the mixture.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together.
  5. Cover the jar or container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  6. Give it a good stir before eating.
  7. Enjoy it chilled.
