Feel Electric Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between Feel Electric, Feel Electric Advocates and Referred Friends concerning the Feel Electric Referral Program. To participate, Feel Electric Advocates and Referred Friends must agree to these Referral Terms, which become part of the Feel Electric Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions will be used.

Discount Code means the code received by the Referred Friend or the Advocate, as applicable.

Product means the Feel Electric services offered for sale / subscription by Feel Electric.

Advocate means the person who sends/sent the Referral Link. An Advocate must be above the age of 18, resident within the United Kingdom.

Referred Friend means the person who receives/received the Referral Link. A Referred Friend is any person above the age of 18, resident within the United Kingdom.

Referral Link means a hyperlink provided to the Referred Friend, redirecting to the Feel Electric:

• Free trial sign-up (referral trial)
• Unique discount codes (subscription sign-up)

Referral Terms means these Terms and Conditions, including updates, alterations and possible appendices, published on the Feel Electric website.

We (“our”, “us”, “Feel Electric”) means Feel Electric Limited, with its main trading address located 75 Leeds Rd, Harrogate HG2 8BE.

Website means our website: https://feel-electric.com/where you can acquire information about our services and purchase them.

You means the Advocate/Referee and/or the Referred Friend, as applicable.

1.2 Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Feel Electric Terms and Conditions as published on our webpage.

2. Scope of Application

2.1 The Feel Electric Referral Program allows an Advocate to introduce friends, family or acquaintances (‘Referred Friend’) to Feel Electric.

2.2 By participating or attempting to participate in the Referral Program:

1. You accept and agree that you, as an Advocate or Referred Friend, are bound by the Referral Terms; and
2. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning the Feel Electric Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2.3 By taking part in a free trial, purchasing or attempting to purchase a Feel Electric product:

1. You accept and agree that you, as a Referred Friend, are bound by the Feel Electric Membership Terms and Conditions as made available on our Website; and
2. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning the Feel Electric General & Membership Terms and Conditions.

3. Referrer

3.1 Feel Electric offers

1. For a Free Trial Sign-Up: One (1) free EMS credit to be redeemed at a Feel Electric Studio worth up to £80 each for every 10 unique and validated email referrals when sharing your unique referral URL with Advocates.
2. For a Subscription Sign-up to any paid package: One (1) free EMS credit to be redeemed at a Feel Electric Studio worth up to £80 each for every.
   1. One (1) contract 13 week subscription after 30 days.
   2. Four (4) flexible subscription after 30 days.

3.2 There is no limit to the amount of times the Advocate can repeat the referral process. Each successful referral will generate a measured statistic based on the Advocates unique URL.

4. Referral Links

4.1 Feel Electric offers a unique and sharable URL to each:

1. User that enquires about booking a free trial.
2. User that subscribes to a paid for subscription.

4.2 The Advocate can share their referral link using any transmittable method such as but not limited to; social media, email, sms/text message, WhatsApp and other communication services available to or by any other personal means.

4.3 Through the unique referral link, the Referred Friend will can sign up to any Feel Electric service as defined in 3.1.

4.4 Referral Links should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral Links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal contacts.

5. Use of the Discount Code

5.1 From time to time Feel Electric may provide unique discount codes to active members giving the Referred Friend a deeper discount when joining. The Discount Code can only be redeemed via the Feel Electric Website https://feel-electric.com/.

5.2 Feel Electric will only provide the discount in electronic form using a Discount Code.

5.3 The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales, promotions or programs and is only valid for duration specified at the time of distribution.

5.3 The discount will be offered in GBP only.

5.4 In no situation or case can any of these discount codes be exchanged for the monetary value of the Discount Code, Free Trail value or other service or product offered.

5.5 When subscribing, purchasing or signing up for a Product or Service with the Referred Friend Discount Code, the general and Membership Terms and Conditions apply, including the right to a Cooling off period of 14 days from the receipt of the Product or Service. In the event the Referred Friend exercises this right, such Referred Friend will be reimbursed any monetary value of the relating to the Product or Service purchased reduced by the discount. The Advocate will have deducted any referral values associated with said referral subject to these terms and conditions. Feel Electric considers the discount a gift tied specifically to new Feel Electric customers.

6. Terms of Validity

6.1 Discount codes are for one-time use, for new customers only and will expire as specified at the time of supply or specific terms and conditions relating to the Discount Code.

6.2 In the event that the Referred Friend or Advocate receives multiple referral links, only one Referral Link can redeemed against the referred friend which will be recorded as the 1^st time they submitted their information to be logged against a Free Trial or Subscribed service. Only one (1) Discount code can be used per subscription or transaction.

7. Privacy and Data protection

7.1 Any personal details provided in connection with the Referral Program will be processed in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy. It is important that you carefully read and understand this information.

7.2 All data collected by us will be used and processed exclusively within the framework of the current United Kingdom data protection laws and in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Right to termination

8.1 Feel Electric can terminate the Referral Program or a person’s ability to participate at any time for any reason and without notice.

8.2 Feel Electric reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel the Discount Code or refuse a transaction if we notice any activity, we believe fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if we have reason to assume you are in breach of these Referral Terms.

8.3 Feel Electric reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 Feel Electric accepts no liability for loss, theft, destruction or improper use of Discount Code, unless this is the result of negligence on the part of Feel Electric.

9.2 Without prejudice to the conditions of this agreement, Feel Electric’s liability towards you is limited to the amount of the Discount Code.

9.3 Nothing in this agreement serves to exclude or limit liability for:

1. death or personal injury due to negligence;
2. deliberate deception;
3. any other form of liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
4. Severability

10.1 In the event that any provision of these Referral Terms is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In such case, the Parties shall endeavour in good faith to modify the invalid or unenforceable article or to agree on a new article that is valid and enforceable.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 Feel Electric reserves the right to, at all times, amend these Referral Terms by publishing an amended version on the Feel Electric website.

11.2 You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Referral Terms. If you do not agree to any revised version of these Referral Terms, your sole recourse is to stop your participation in the Referral Program.

11.3 Except as otherwise expressly stated by us, participation in the Referral Program is subject to, and constitutes your acceptance of, the version of these Referral Terms in effect at the time of your participation in the Referral Program.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

12.1 All contracts concluded with Feel Electric shall be governed by English law. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including this section 12, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of local law.

12.2 Any dispute between you and Feel Electric in relation to the agreement, including the understanding and the extent of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the competent court in England, United Kingdom.
