When we last talked to Lisa, she had just finished her very first session of EMS training. She’d decided to try EMS so she could accelerate her journey back to fitness. As a mother of a two-year-old, “after having a baby I’ve really lost track of my fitness.” And after her first EMS workout Lisa was excited. “Really enjoyed that, can’t believe I’ve only just found out about it.” How is she feeling now that she’s managed to make her way through 6 sessions of EMS training though?
