1. Set Specific Fitness Goals
Setting specific and measurable goals is important when you’re starting a new fitness journey. If your passion for exercise wanes a little over time then you can use your targets as a motivational tool. Consider what you want to achieve in your EMS training sessions. Do you want to lose unwanted weight, burn excess body fat or gain lean muscle? All our EMS sessions are appointment based and they only last 20 minutes so they’re easy to plan and difficult not to love.

Our EMS fitness sessions have a maximum of three people at any one time so you don’t have to feel rushed or self-conscious. 4. Bring a Workout Buddy
Having a workout buddy can make fitness training much more enjoyable and less daunting. Our expert EMS personal trainers are qualified to conduct 1:1 as well as 1:2 sessions. That means you can enjoy an EMS fitness session with a friend, partner or family member. Their presence and support can help your confidence and help keep you accountable to your fitness commitments. And as each session only lasts 20 minutes there’s no danger of you falling out of love with them during that time!
5. Let Your Body Recover
One of the big mistakes people new to fitness can make it is trying to do too much at the beginning of their fitness journey. Rest is just as important as exercise. Overtraining can lead to fatigue and even injuries. With EMS training however your muscles always have enough time to recover after one of our fitness sessions.
